ANSWERED PRAYERS!!!

We received a wonderful Christmas present this past Friday.  We received notice that we received our final approval from India to adopt our little girl!  This is HUGE!  We had been waiting for this approval the past 10 weeks and it is a wonderful Christmas blessing to have it!  So the big question now is  - what are the next steps until we can pick her up?

Now we are waiting for a court affidavit to arrive.  Once signed, our court date will be scheduled.  We will fly to India for that court date and depending on how long the process from court-date to passport/visa issues we will either stay in India a couple weeks and bring our little one home - or we will have to return to the U.S after the court date and fly back to India a month or two later to bring her home when then passport is ready.  We are praying things will continue to speed up there and we can do it all in one trip!  Please continue to pray with us that the court affidavit would come soon and we would be able to bring our girl home early 2016!

Pray also that she would receive the photo book we made for her and monkey that we were able to record our voices on.  We are mailing them to our agency on Monday and they will mail them off - but one never knows if if will actually make it to her in India.  It would be wonderful for her to see our faces and the home that is waiting for her.  And to understand how much we love her already.
