For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them. (Ephesians 2:10)

November 19th... we are still in the waiting stage of approvals from India.  Praying, praying, trusting and hoping for news soon... Thanksgiving is next week and our little one's birthday! Though it is hard to not be able to experience these holidays approaching and her birthday with her this year we look forward to the lifetime of celebrations ahead together.  These past couple weeks we have continued to prepare for our girl to join our family!  Since this adoption process has begun in January 2011 I have been saving everything!  Not knowing how old our little girl would be when she joined our family I saved every size of clothes in boxes in our garage - boxes and boxes and bags of clothes and toys for over 4 years! Last week we began to go through them all.  It was a wonderful feeling to be looking through them all with an actual child joining our family... seeing her precious face in my mind and imagining her in the clothes and playing with the toys... talking with Jessica about if she would like this toy or this one... So many years of praying and waiting and to know we are so close!
We have been making a photo book to mail to her after we receive the final approval that she will hopefully receive and be able to see our pictures and begin to learn about her new family anxiously praying for her and loving her already!  It is amazing the love we can feel for a little girl we haven't met yet but is already a part of our family within our hearts!
