ALMOST THERE!

Our affidavit has arrived!! We received notice today that our affidavit has arrived at our agency and they are mailing it to us to sign and return.  Then that is submitted to court and we wait for the notice of when to travel to court!  So excited!!  This is the last step until we travel and pick up our daughter.  What is actually amazing about it the timing of it all is that we received the referral of our little girl on March 9, 2015 - Jessica's birthday. And a couple weeks ago Jessica said she is praying we will get it soon and maybe it will come on her birthday this year!  Well, Wednesday is her birthday and that is the day it should arrive at our house! We serve an amazing God!

It is still a bit uncertain as we have heard of this taking 1 month to 6 months - but it is looking like we will travel within April-June!  Shots are done, been talking to travel agencies, found hotel recommendations, getting everything in order - almost time! It does seem emotional as this journey has been 5 years and it is hard to believe we are almost to the point of having her in our home.  A little girl loved so deeply from across the world, prayed for daily and anticipated with great joy for since the beginning!
